In 1992, Mr. Hallberg sold Kirscher Transport to the
employees of the company operating under the leadership of Dennis Jindra,
Operations Manager.
In 1995, Mr. Jindra bought out the employees, becoming the
sole owner and president of Kirscher Transport and Kirscher Bulk Transport.
Under Mr. Jindra, the company further developed both the bulk commodity business
and the specialized heavy haul sides of the business. Bulk commodities included;
industrial waxes and resins for the hardboard industry, as well as ammonium
nitrates and Class A explosives for the mining industry.
In 2002, Brian Foster acquired Kirscher Transport and
Kirscher Bulk Transport continuing to build both businesses.
In 2003, the decision was made to develop Kirscher Bulk
Transport to further reach the markets available in all 48 states and Canada.
The office staff was expanded with industry experienced personnel to handle the
new volumes and a great deal of equipment was purchased to meet the demand.

Currently, Kirscher Bulk Transport has a fleet of both
company drivers and owner operators with terminals in Virginia, MN and Superior, WI
with additional trucks based out of St. Paul, MN and Neenah, WI. The future holds nothing but great things including expansions of new
terminals yet to be acquired!
